With over 15 years of hands on winemaking experience Rob Deignan can act as your onsite wine or cidermaker. Lab testing

As a 2011 Graduate of FLCC’s Viticulture and Enology program Rob Deignan has a strong background in the science behind winemaking. He can provide full analysis, and recommended corrections, on grapes in the vineyard, incoming juice as well as fermenting and aging wine. Understanding the analysis will help to identify how to produce the best product from your harvest no matter the conditions.

Rob’s ten years of experience working in a wine lab with an on site PHD chemist has awarded him with a solid understanding on how to build trials, increase shelf life of your existing products as well as work with owners and winemakers to develop new product offerings.
